Declan is a Certification Analyst at GreenCircle Certified. He graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and a minor in Economics. Currently, he is studying at the University of Pennsylvania, where he is working to complete is master’s degree in Environmental Sustainability.
