By reviewing sales purchase data and printer fleet information, solutions are given to improve spend visibility in purchasing categories and ordering processes.

By adding value and separating ourselves from other companies that are simply transactional suppliers, Quality Imaging Solutions strengthened its supply chain relationships; managed print services were introduced; environmental sustainability was adopted into practice; and various advisory consulting services began being offered such as data classification, spend evaluation and footprint analysis to help keep total cost of ownership (TCO) of printer fleets to a minimum, as the need for clean data is also vital for Procurement teams to accurately evaluate and manage their indirect/tail spend.
