The Sofidel Group is a world-leading  manufacturer of paper products for hygienic and domestic use. With its global headquarters in Italy, Sofidel  has been offering  its innovative sustainable paper products to the U.S. customers since 2012. Currently the American market is the most important market in the Sofidel Group. Sofidel Hytech Seas Paper Towel- and Toilet Paper-Dispensers, made from recovered plastic found in the ocean, won the 2022 ISSA Show Innovation Award. 

To date, Sofidel  has over 6,800 employees with over $3 billion in net sales  and operates in 13 countries, including the United States, which is the biggest market for Sofidel. Sustainability is one of Sofidel’s core organizational values, and the company is a member of the UN Global Compact and the WWF Climate Savers program. 

Just last year, Sofidel America celebrated its 10-year anniversary and was recognized by Morningstar Sustainalytics as being the top company in the Household Products industry for ESG Risk Management. The company began in 1966 by the Stefani and Lazzareschi families which still privately own it today.
