Sustainability Mission
Sustainability is not just an initiative, but an intrinsic value within Universal Fibers. Our mission is to create products, processes, and transparency tools that enrich and inspire our industry and also to protect our planet, without sacrificing one for the other.
To become more transparent with our consumers, we sought out third-party certification from GreenCircle to verify the embodied carbon of our Thrive® Matter Nylon 6 and Nylon 66 eco-conscious fibers.
We are continually striving to improve our environmental footprint. Our plan from the start was take the knowledge that we gained from our LCA tool to develop an optimal decarbonization strategy.
