Program Background

+Vantage Vinyl ™ is a voluntary initiative by the Vinyl Sustainability Council (VSC) to advance the U.S. vinyl industry’s contribution to sustainable development. The program is designed to verify the sustainability of the entire vinyl supply chain. It aims to drive continuous improvement across all three sectors of sustainability – environmental, social, and economic performance. Verified +Vantage Vinyl companies have demonstrated a commitment to sustainable business practices through verification to the program’s Guiding Principles aligned with environmental stewardship, social diligence, economic soundness, open communication, and collaboration. Industry performance in compliance with the guiding principles is reported annually through the program’s sustainability reporting.
